Quality Guarantee

Every 88 Day Planner is printed on demand and made especially for you. We stand behind the quality of every book.

If your planner arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage caused in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.

Returns

Because each planner is custom-made to order (with your chosen start date, colours, and personalisation), we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personalisation choices.

The Quality Guarantee above still applies fully for any manufacturing or shipping defects.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via our print partner. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to fulfil your order and provide support. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Terms

By placing an order you agree that the planner is a made-to-order product and that the Quality Guarantee and Returns policy above apply. All prices are shown in your local currency where possible and include any applicable taxes at the point of sale.
